Research Data Engineer

An exciting opportunity to be involved at the cutting edge of life sciences innovation in east London.

This role is for a talented senior data engineer to join a growing team which is focused on projects and applications that will be using analytics and machine learning as the primary means of delivering innovative health care products and services to the front line. These projects require efficient reproducible pipelines to extract and prepare real-word data from different systems, for example developing pipelines to extract and analyse large genomic datasets from national systems to support clinical scientists, and trialling open source Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools for clinical trials uses cases.
